  • Manufacturers must be ISO 9001:2015 / IATF-16949 Certified

  • CQI9 certified Heat Treaters

  • Surface Treatment providers are CQI/11 & 12 certified

  • Every manufacturer must complete a QAV Self Assessment

  • Each facility must pass a walk-through inspection and/or audit

  • All parts are 100% inspected & sorted before being shipped to A1 facilities

  • Level 3 PPAP provided for all parts

  • Mechanical, Dimensional, & Material certs provided for each production lot
